The Heritage Ridge Homeowners Association welcomes all new residents and thanks all existing residents for improvements you have been making to your homes.
As our homes age, many of us are looking at repainting, fixing your fence or a new roof. If you make significant changes to the exterior appearance of your home or front landscaping, you must be in accordance with the CC & R’s. Article 5, Section 5 of the CC & R’s require that any changes or alterations to any lot be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the changes. To make this process easier for each homeowner, the ACC has developed a short form that can be found on the Architectural Control page of this site. Simply download the form and complete either electronically or on a hardcopy, then forward to any of the Board Members.
Recent changes to the Board:
· The Board voted to accept Emery Kelly as Board Member. Emery will also serve as the Compliance Officer.
· Ruth Hoard has tendered her resignation from the Board, effective September 30, 2022. Ruth has served on the Board since December 2018, and held both the Secretary and Treasurer positions during her time on the Board.
Reminders:
· Garbage: Please remember that all garbage and recycling containers are to be stored out of site (in the garage/or behind your fence).
· Recreational Vehicles: Boats, trailers, campers, etc. should be stored behind fences or in garages unless they are being loaded or unloaded for use.
